OUR SHIPPING POLICY

What You Need to Know

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) under normal circumstances. You will receive notification by email if there are any unforeseen delays. We use a variety of tracked courier services, who will deliver within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch for standard delivery services. Upgrades may be available at the time of placing your order. Tracking numbers are be available on your order, but if you need to query your delivery you can contact us below.

RETURNS

How It Works

Returns are accepted by prior arrangement.

You should complete a Return Request Form using the button below within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please await your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Reference Number.

 

Goods must be returned via tracked delivery within 14 days of notification. Where possible the item should be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Certain items may be exempt from this policy - for example software where the packaging has been opened or security seals broken, or specific clothing items.

If you believe your item is faulty please state the problem clearly in your email, providing images where appropriate. If it has been more than 30 days since purchase and the item is covered by a manufacturers warranty, you will be directed to contact them in line with the terms of that warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
